I've purchased this brisket 3 times now. All three times I am given a quality brisket that when given the proper treatment comes out juicy and tender. I'm a fan of smoked low and slow and this cut does not disappoint.

I have purchased from Blackhawk fabulous Wagyu burgers,skirt steak, rib eyes Bayette steaks and i love them all but i think the Denver ismy favorite. Thick, flavorful, juicy tender. I have never enjoyed beef like this before.

Take everything you like about Angus beef and amplify it with its subtle wagyu flavor and texture. A great first pick if you're just dipping your toes in American wagyu and a nice go-to for those familiar with it as well.

This might be one of the most overlooked cuts in their selection. Try it and you will not be disappointed.
